Recipe "Greek salad"
Ingredients for 4 servings
feta cheese
200 g
sweet pepper
2 pcs.
tomatoes pink
2-3 pcs.
medium-fertile cucumber
2 pcs.
onion red sweet
1/2 pc.
pitted Kalamata olives
40 g
parsley
2 sprigs
lemon ( juice)
0.5 tsp
olive oil
3 tbsp. spoons
oregano dry
0.5 tsp
salt

Step 1/4
Cut the tomatoes, bell peppers and cucumbers into roughly equal-sized cubes. Cut the half of the sweet red onion into thin feathers.
Step 2/4
Put the salad in a deep bowl, add the olives (minus the liquid) and pour in the oregano. Salt the salad.
Step 3/4
Combine lemon juice and olive oil, beat lightly with a fork. Season the salad and mix well to juice the vegetables.
Step 4/4
Put the salad in a salad bowl, arrange the cubes of feta on top and serve.
