Recipe "Salad with beans and turkey"
Ingredients for 3 servings
baked turkey
150 g
large capers
4-5 pcs.
salad mix "Tuscany"
120 g
canned red beans
1/2 can (approximately 100g )
cucumber fresh
2 pcs.
chipotle sauce
65 ml
vegetable oil to choose from (aromatic sunflower/sesame/avocado)
30 ml
Step 1/7
If you do not use the turkey left after the holiday, but bake it on purpose, take a thigh fillet - it is juicier. Preheat the oven to 170C. Brush the fillets with a little vegetable oil and put in a baking sleeve or place on a parchment-lined baking tray. Bake the turkey in the oven preheated to 170C for 35-45 minutes until tender.
Step 2/7
In a separate bowl, mix the chipotle sauce and vegetable oil.
Step 3/7
Cut off the stalks from the cucumbers, cut the vegetables into strips. Place in a bowl.
Step 4/7
Cut the baked turkey into strips and put in a bowl with the cucumber.
Step 5/7
Drain the bean jar and add the beans to the bowl.
Step 6/7
Cut the capers into quarters. Add to the rest of the ingredients. Also put down the salad mix.
Step 7/7
Season the salad and stir. Garnish with whole capers when serving.
