1 pack (500g)
narsharab sauce
1.5 tbsp. l.
balsamic

spinach

apples green

Wash the liver, clean the veins and films.

Heat a frying pan with 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil, lay out the liver and fry for about 7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add narsharab and cook for about 5 minutes more, stirring occasionally. Make sure not to burn. Remove from the heat, salt to taste and stir. Transfer the liver, save the liquid released after frying in the pan.

While the liver is frying, wash and dry the spinach. Clean the pomegranate. Lightly fry the pine nuts in a dry pan.

Peel the apples from seeds and partitions and cut into 3-5 mm thick slices. Fry in the liquid remaining after cooking the liver for about 5 minutes, turning gently from time to time. Make sure the slices don't fall apart or lose shape.
