Chicken and corn salad with vegetables

If you don't know what snack to take with you to work, school or a picnic, make such an original salad in a jar with chicken carpaccio, cabbage, carrots and corn. Honey mustard sauce and red onions marinated in lime juice will give it even more piquancy.

Ingredients per 1 serving
cabbage and carrot mixture (sliced )
150 g
canned sweet corn
1/2 can
raw chicken carpaccio
1 pc (100g)
apple
1/2 pc.
parsley
a couple of twigs
onion red (small)
1/2 pc.
honey mustard sauce
3-4 tbsp. l.
lime
1 pc.
Step 1/8
Put the chopped cabbage and carrots in a bowl, add the sauce and mix.
Step 2/8
Put the corn on the bottom of the jar.
Step 3/8
With the next layer, lay out the cabbage and carrots with the sauce.
Step 4/8
Cut the carpaccio into pieces and lay out in a third layer.
Step 5/8
Remove the core from the apple, cut into cubes. Place on top of the carpaccio.
Step 6/8
Cut the red onions into feathers, marinate in lime juice.
Step 7/8
Grind parsley. Add to the onions, stir and leave for a few minutes.
Step 8/8
Put another 1-2 tbsp. tablespoons of sauce, add onions with parsley. Salad is ready.
