Recipe "Lean pickle"

Ingredients for 10 servings

bulgur
0.5 cup
pickled cucumbers
200 g
carrots
100 g
onions
50 g
garlic
2 cloves
potatoes
120 g
universal seasoning
2 tsp
bay leaf
2 pcs.
black pepper
to taste
salt
to taste
olive oil
2 tbsp. spoons

Peel and coarsely grate carrots and cucumbers. Finely chop the onions, crush the garlic or chop very finely.

In a thick-walled saucepan, fry all vegetables in oil for 5-7 minutes.
Step 3/5
Fill vegetables with 2 liters of cold water. When the water boils, add bulgur and add spices, cook over medium heat, preventing boiling too much.

Peel the potatoes, cut into 1x1cm cubes and add to the pan. Salt and pepper to taste.

The soup is ready when the potatoes are fully cooked.
