This fragrant homemade pie with pumpkin, apples and spices will perfectly complement the autumn tea party and soulful gatherings with loved ones and friends. A nice bonus: the dough does not need to be kneaded for it - you can take ready-made, no less tasty and natural than homemade.

Recipe "Simple pie with pumpkin and apples"
Ingredients, serves 8
frozen yeast dough
1 pack (500 g)
pumpkin cut in vacuum packaging
1 pack (500 g)
Caramel apple
3 pcs.
cane sugar
50 g
butter
40 g
ground cinnamon
pinch
carnation
2-3 pcs.
wheat flour
for dusting the working surface
egg for greasing pie
1 pc.
Step 1/10
Place the dough to thaw at room temperature 1 hour before cooking.
Step 2/10
Cut the pumpkin into small cubes.
Step 3/10
In apples, remove the core and also cut them into cubes measuring about 1x1 cm.

Melt the butter in the pan. Put pumpkin, apples in it, add sugar and spices, mix.

Simmer the apples with the pumpkin until softened for about 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove the cloves at the end of cooking.

Dust the work surface with a little flour and roll out the dough into a square about 5mm thick. Place the filling in the middle of the bed.

Wrap the dough on 4 sides to make an envelope and seal the seams thoroughly.

Line a baking tray with baking parchment and gently transfer the cake in stitches down. Leave the cake to sit for 30 minutes at room temperature, covered with cling film.

Beat the egg lightly with a fork and brush over the cake.

Make cuts on the top of the pie and bake it in an oven preheated to 190C, preferably on convection mode for 18-20 minutes until ruddy brown.
