Bright and delicious pumpkin pancakes. The taste of pumpkin in these pancakes is not felt very strongly, but the color turns out to be very cheerful. Serve the pancakes best with honey or maple syrup and nuts.

Pumpkin pancakes recipe
Ingredients for 6 servings
Fresh pumpkin (peeled)
150 g
Milk
500 ml
Chicken egg
3 pcs.
Flour
3/4-1 cup
Refined oil
5 tbsp. spoons
Sugar
1 tbsp. spoon

Bake pumpkin in the oven or cook in a small amount of water until soft, punch in a blender into a homogeneous mass.

Mix the purée with the milk, add the eggs and whisk together.
Step 3/4
Add 3/4 cup flour, stir if the dough is too thin, add the remaining flour. The correct consistency of the dough should resemble kefir. Let the dough stand for 15-20 minutes at room temperature. Add vegetable oil to the dough, mix.

Fry the pancakes in a hot pan in the same way as the classic ones.
