Recipe "Pasta with stracciatella "
Ingredients for 2-3 servings
fresh pasta "Tagliolini" with egg added
1 pack
stracciatella
1 pack
freshly ground black pepper
to taste
extra virgin olive oil
20 ml
fresh parsley
1 bunch
chili fresh
1 pod
lemon juice
10 ml
mint
a few leaves + some more to decorate
salt
to taste
Step 1/6
Punch parsley, mint and chili in a blender, separate the liquid from the solid particles using a waffle towel or sieve.
Step 2/6
Mix olive oil with the resulting liquid, add lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Step 3/6
Boil the paste according to the instructions in salted water.
Step 4/6
Mix hot tagliolini with fragrant oil.
Step 5/6
Put the pasta on a plate, in the middle add stracciatella cheese - about half a can per serving.
Step 6/6
Decorate the dish with mint leaves and serve.
