Tender creamy pasta with salmon. You can fry red fish like we did, or you can pre-bake it in the oven with a whole piece and then crumble it into cream.

Recipe "Fetucini Alfredo with salmon "
Ingredients for 3-4 servings
fetuchini nests
400 g
salmon fillet on the skin chilled
350 g
cream 30%
190g
butter
20 g
Parmesan cheese young
50 g
garlic
1 clove
parsley
2-3 sprigs
salt

Step 1/8
Put the boiled water in a large pasta pot.

Remove the salmon fillets from the skin, remove the bones with tweezers, if any. Cut the fillets into small pieces.

Melt the butter in the pan, put the garlic clove cut in half.

Fry the fish pieces on one side until golden for a couple of minutes.

Then remove the garlic, pour in the cream and warm everything together for another minute. Salt and pepper.

In boiling salted water, boil al dente nests, fold on a sieve.

Transfer to a pan with the sauce, stir.

Serve the pasta hot, topped with chopped parsley and grated cheese.
