With regular white pasta (spaghetti or spring), this dish will taste better, but with spelt pasta it is definitely healthier. The sauce turns out to be fantastically tasty anyway, and not even in season. Take more different types of tomatoes, and tastier and more beautiful .

Recipe "Pasta with baked tomatoes and stracciatella"
Ingredients for 3-4 servings
spelt pasta
200 g
tomatoes of different varieties (red, kumato, yellow, cherry )
300g
Stracciatella cheese
100 g
fresh green basil
1 sprig
olive oil
2 tsp
oregano dry
½ tsp
salt
to taste

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, if there is an upper grill function, turn it on.

Cut large tomatoes into rounds, halve the cherry, put on a baking sheet with slices up, salt, pepper, sprinkle with dry oregano and lightly drizzle with olive oil. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes.

Put boiling water for pasta (about 3 liters), immediately add 1 tbsp. a spoonful of salt.

Boil al dente paste, drain, season the paste with olive oil, mix.

Arrange the pasta on plates, top with baked tomatoes, stracciatella and basil leaves, serve hot!
