Ingredients for 3-4 servings
Fermented baked milk
290g
Sugar
to taste
Vanillin
pinch
Gelatin
7 g
Water
60 ml
Sweet cherry
100 g
Frozen cherry
100 g
Starch

Step 1/4
Soak the gelatin in 25ml water. In a separate bowl, combine ryazhenka, sugar and vanillin.
Add gelatin to fermented milk and mix until completely dissolved.

Strain the mixture through a sieve, pour into creamers and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Meanwhile, prepare the berry layer: put the frozen cherries in a saucepan, add sugar and a small amount of water. Bring to a boil and drain the syrup. Add a little dissolved gelatin to the warm syrup.
Put fresh cherries on the frozen panna cotta and pour over the cherry syrup. Refrigerate until completely set.
Step 4/4
Cover the cherries left in the saucepan with sugar. Dilute the starch with water and pour into a saucepan. Cook until thickened, cool and place on top of the dessert.
