Chocolate Hazelnut Mousse Recipe
Ingredients for 3 servings
chocolate bitter

gelatin

Step 1/6
Melt the chocolate in a water bath, stirring constantly, remove from the heat and leave to cool to about 45 ° C.

Heat a small amount of cream and combine with gelatin, stir until dissolved.

Beat the remaining cream to soft peaks with a mixer, add cream with dissolved gelatin and chocolate to them, beat everything together.

Pour the resulting mixture into creamers.

Sprinkle with chopped nuts, icing sugar and garnish with berries and mint leaves.
