Ingredients for 2 servings
head of leaf salad
1/2 pc.
red onion
1 pc.
tomatoes
4 pcs.
short-fruited cucumber
2 pcs.
small bunch of radish
1 pc.
grain curd
200 g
salt with spices
to taste
olive oil or lemon juice for dressing
to taste

Tear the lettuce leaves into food-friendly pieces with your hands and place in a large salad bowl.

Cut the onion into thin half rings.

Cut radishes and cucumbers into circles or semicircles, tomatoes into medium cubes.

Place the prepared vegetables on top of the lettuce leaves.

Add cottage cheese to vegetables and salt. Gently toss the salad just before serving to keep the vegetables fresh. Season with olive oil or lemon juice if desired.
