Korean Carrot Recipe

Ingredients for 6 servings

refined sunflower oil
80 ml
apple vinegar 9%
20 ml
coriander
0.5 tsp
hot ground pepper
to taste
water
50 ml
sugar
2 tsp
salt
1 tsp
sesame
0.5 tsp
cilantro
a few twigs

Peel and grate the carrots for the Korean carrots.

Add salt, sugar, mix.

In a saucepan, mix vegetable oil and vinegar, add spices and crushed garlic.

Preheat, slightly bringing to a boil.

Pour the hot mixture over the carrots. Stir immediately, leave to cool in the container.

The cooled carrots can be garnished with cilantro and sesame seeds and served. Korean carrots can be refrigerated for up to 10 days.
