Mussels in a creamy mustard sauce in French style! It sounds very cool, but they prepare quite simply.

Recipe "Mussels in creamy mustard sauce"
Ingredients for 3 servings
chilean mussels on shell sash
500 g
cream 30%
150 ml
mustard
1 tsp
young garlic
2 cloves
onions shallot
1 pc.
olive oil
2 tsp
parsley
a few twigs
freshly ground black pepper
to taste
salt
to taste
Step 1/3
Defrost the mussels in advance in the refrigerator for several hours (or in cold water, without opening the package, for half an hour). Wash in running water.
Step 2/3
Put the mussels in a saucepan or small saucepan, pour in the cream, olive oil, mustard, add whole peeled garlic cloves and half-ring shallots. Salt and pepper.
Step 3/3
Warm the covered mussels over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Serve hot, topped with chopped parsley, with fresh baguette or ciabatta.
