Very juicy and fragrant mussels, the most delicious here are spicy herbs! Be sure to use fresh basil and parsley leaves, tarragon can be replaced with thyme (enough leaves from one sprig).

Recipe for "Mussels with Green Butter"
Ingredients for 2 servings
mussels on shell

butter
20 g
garlic clove
a few sprigs of parsley, basil and tarragon (tarragon)
freshly ground black pepper
salt
lemon

Step 1/3
Wash the herbs and dry them thoroughly.
Step 2/3
Punch the butter in a blender along with herbs and garlic, and stuff the mussels with the resulting mixture.
Step 3/3
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Place the mussel shells in a roasting tin and place in the oven for 5 minutes until the oil has melted. Done! Serve with lemon wedges and fresh bread - perfect for white wine!
