Lemon Caramel Pie Recipe
Ingredients for 4 servings

4 pcs
granulated sugar
200 g
flour
250 g
butter
100 g
baking powder
pinch
vanillin
to taste
lemon juice
2 pcs.
pecans
for decorating
white chocolate
for decorating
sea salt caramel cream
100 g
ghee oil for greasing
1 tbsp. l.

Step 1/8
Grate frozen butter on a coarse grater.

Step 2/8
Add the sugar, eggs and beat well with a mixer.

Step 3/8
Add the vanillin, flour, baking powder and lemon juice. Whisk thoroughly until thick with sour cream.
Step 4/8
Grease a baking dish with ghee oil.
Step 5/8
Pour the dough into the tin and send to the oven preheated to 180C for 45 minutes.
Step 6/8
Preheat the caramel slightly in a water bath to make it liquid.

Step 7/8
Let the finished cake cool and remove from the tin.

Step 8/8
Cover the cake with caramel, garnish with pecan and white chocolate pieces.
