Recipe "Udon noodles with vegetables "

Ingredients for 2 servings

wheat noodles Udon
100 g
sweet pepper of different colors
100 g
white onion
60 g
cherry tomatoes
50 g
carrots
50 g
beans or peas
30 g
chicken egg
2 pcs.
olive oil
1 tbsp. spoon
Teriyaki sauce
1 tsp
sesame oil
1 tsp
garlic
2 cloves
fresh cilantro
5 g
fresh ginger
5 g
coriander
0.5 tsp
Step 1/5
Boil the noodles in salted water according to the instructions, fold into a colander and transfer to a bowl of cold water.

Boil beans or peas (of your choice) in salted water for 5-7 minutes, drain and set aside.

Cut all vegetables into thin strips. Preheat a wok or regular pan with sesame oil and add vegetables sequentially: carrots, onions, garlic, ginger, peppers, cherry tomato halves. Stir constantly and pour in Teriyaki sauce after 3-4 minutes. Then add the finished noodles, having previously drained the water. Mix everything well and leave to warm up for a few more minutes.

In a separate frying pan, prepare an omelet with the addition of 1 tbsp. spoons of cold water instead of oil, roll it into a roll and cut into strips.

Put the noodles with vegetables on a plate, add peas or beans, put strips of omelette on top, sprinkle with cilantro and coriander. Asian-style lunch is ready!
