Ingredients for 3-4 servings

Curry sauce, 120 ml
1 pack
Udon wheat noodles
1 pack (400g )
Creamy coconut drink
1/2 pack (200g )
Cauliflower
200 g
Young peas, face
125 g
Bow Crimean

Ginger
1 tbsp
Lime
1 pc.
Soy sauce
2 tbsp
Garlic
2 cloves
Universal seasoning
1 tbsp
Water or vegetable broth
500 ml
Sunflower oil. high-olein
to taste
Packaged hot pepper
to taste
Carrots, microgreens, cilantro
to taste, to serve
Step 1/4
Divide the cauliflower into inflorescences. Peel ginger, cut into strips, peel hot peppers from seeds and inner films, chop finely. Crush the garlic with a knife and cut into plates, cut the onions with feathers. Mix the cabbage with the all-purpose seasoning, fry with a little oil in a deep saucepan.

Cut the pea pods in half, small ones can be left whole. Add the peas, ginger, garlic, onion and pepper to the cabbage, stir and fry for a minute.

Add curry sauce and coconut milk. Stir everything together until more or less homogeneous and add the broth or water, soy sauce and simmer the vegetables in the sauce until the cauliflower is ready.

To serve, boil the Udon noodles according to the instructions on the package, arrange on plates, add curry on top, to serve you can add fresh carrots, cilantro, microgreens and lime wedge to the plates to add lime juice to the sauce.
