Lamajo, or lahmajun, can be considered something of an oriental pizza, only without cheese. This is a baked tortilla with minced meat, vegetables, herbs and spices. Great as a snack, snack or for lunch to vegetable soup or broth.

Place the matsoni in a deep bowl. Add 350 g of flour, salt, vegetable oil and mix.
