Wash, peel and roughly chop the onion. Roughly chop the garlic.

Preheat a saucepan with 2 tbsp. spoons of vegetable oil and put onions and garlic in it. Add ground paprika, coriander, jeera, salt, pepper. Stir.

Pour the wine into a saucepan and cook until about 100ml of liquid remains.

Wash and clean the pomegranate. For this recipe, you need the grains of one whole pomegranate.

Wash the chicken in cold water and cut: cut off the wings, cut them into phalanges, cut off the shins, hips, remove the fillet from the bones and cut coarsely. The skin can be thrown away, and the broth can be boiled from the bones.
