Recipe "Muffins with ham, cheese and olives"
Ingredients for 4 servings
Maasdam cheese
100 g
chicken ham tender
100 g
olives green
30 g
chicken egg
3 pcs.
milk
150 ml
wheat flour
200 g
butter
80 g
baking powder
1 tsp
salt

Step 1/8
Break the eggs into a bowl.

Add milk, sift flour with baking powder and salt, mix with a whisk until smooth.

Melt the butter. Leave to cool slightly and add to the dough, stir.

Cut the ham and cheese into small cubes.

Add to the dough, mix.

Finely chop the olives and add to the dough as well.

Place in an oven preheated to 180C and bake the muffins for 20-25 minutes until tender.
