Ingredients for 3-4 servings
filo dough
1 pack (250g)
butter
50 g
ground beef ochl.
400 g
pitted green olives
120 g
dried tomatoes in oil
50 g
pizza mozzarella
50 g
parsley
bunch
freshly ground black pepper
to taste
salt
to taste
Step 1/5
Defrost the filo dough at room temperature for about 20 minutes, keep covered with a slightly wet towel or napkin. Melt the butter.

Chop olives and dried tomatoes, chop parsley. Cut mozzarella into circles.

Lightly fry the minced meat in vegetable oil, salt, pepper. Add tomatoes, olives, parsley and mix, leave to cool.

Grease a sheet of filo with melted butter, cut lengthwise into two strips. Put about a tablespoon of minced meat on each strip, and a piece of cheese on top. Wrap "triangles" or "envelopes."

Preheat the oven to 190C, grease the patties and bake until golden (about 20-25 minutes).
