Recipe "Beef stewed with quince"
Ingredients for 2-3 servings
quince

beef
400 g
onion red
1-2 pcs.
bell pepper
2 pcs.
vegetable oil
2 tbsp. l.
olives
100 g
salt
to taste
ground black pepper
to taste

Cut the beef into large cubes with a side of about 3-4 cm.
Step 2/5
Cut the onions into thin feathers. Cut off the stalk and seeds from the peppers, cut out the core from the quince. Cut the pepper and quince into cubes measuring about 2x2 cm.

Preheat the saucepan well with vegetable oil. Put the beef in it and fry the pieces on all sides. Add the onion and fry everything together at high temperature, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes. Onions should become soft and transparent.

Add the peppers and quince to the saucepan, reduce the heat to medium and cover. Do not pour water. Leave to simmer under the lid for about an hour and a half, stirring occasionally.

Before serving, salt, pepper to taste and stir. Halve the olives and decorate the dish with them when serving. You can also add fresh greens.
