Recipe "Apples with duck "
Ingredients for 6 servings
duck breasts
2 pcs.
apples "bogatyr"
6 pcs.
cranberries cured
50 g
teriyaki sauce
2 tbsp. l.
fresh oranges
1 pc. (juice of half)
fresh thyme
2 sprigs
salt
to taste
freshly ground black pepper
to taste
honey
to taste

Wipe the duck breasts with a napkin and burn the skin with a burner to remove the rest of the feathers. Place the breasts on a rack and bake in the oven at 60 degrees for an hour.

Cut the finished duck into cubes, add cured cranberries, teriyaki sauce, thyme leaves, squeeze the juice out of half an orange. Finely chop some orange flesh and add to the duck. Mix everything, salt and pepper.

Cut off the top of the apples - the lids. Gently scrape out the flesh with a small knife or special spoon.

Stuff the apples with duck, put in a baking dish and return to the oven preheated to 200 ℃ for 15-20 minutes. Apples should become soft, but keep their shape.

Serve the apples with the duck hot, pour over the honey to taste.
