Recipe "Fetucini Bolognese"
Ingredients for 4 servings
fetuchini nests
400 g
minced beef
400 g
diced tomatoes
400g (can)
onions
1 pc.
garlic
1 clove
carrots
1 pc.
celery
1 stem
olive oil
2 tbsp. spoons
parsley
small bundle
sugar
1 tsp
paprika
1 tsp
dried basil
1 tsp
parmesan cheese

Step 1/4
Peel the onions and carrots. Cut the onion and celery into cubes, grate the carrots, finely chop the garlic.
Step 2/4
Season the onion in olive oil until transparent, then add the remaining vegetables and fry the minced meat for another 5 minutes.
Step 3/4
Add the tomatoes, spices and half a teaspoon of sugar to the mince. Salt, mix and simmer for another 15 minutes.
Step 4/4
Boil water in a large saucepan and boil al dente paste. Drain, season the pasta with olive oil and arrange on plates, putting the sauce on top. Sprinkle with cheese and chopped parsley and serve.
