mayonnaise

ground black pepper

Step 1/6
Boil the eggs, peel and halve, set aside the yolks.
Step 2/6
Finely chop the spring onions.
Step 3/6
Blender or grate the radishes.
Step 4/6
Mix radishes, green onions, egg yolks, black pepper and mayonnaise until smooth.

Stuff half the eggs with the resulting mixture.
