Recipe "Radish baked"
Ingredients for 2 servings
garden radish
250 g
mini-potatoes
250 g
onion green
2 feathers
cilantro
a few twigs
spinach
10 g
lemon ( juice)
1 tsp
ground pepper
to taste
salt
to taste
Step 1/4
Wash the potatoes with a brush, cook almost until tender in boiling water. Drain the water. Cut the potatoes into halves.
Step 2/4
Wash the radishes, remove the tails, cut the large radishes in half, leave the small ones whole.
Step 3/4
Put the radishes and potatoes in a roasting tin, pour over the olive oil and lemon juice, salt.
Step 4/4
Bake at 190C for about 15 minutes. Sprinkle with fresh chopped herbs and serve.
