Scrambled eggs from leftover kebabs with vegetables is a great hearty breakfast! It is better to cook from ruddy, but not burnt kebabs. Serve with herbs and fresh bread.

Ingredients for 4 servings
fried kebab
300-400 g
eggs
3-5 pcs.
yellow bell pepper
½ pcs.
bell pepper red
½ pcs.
tomato
1 pc.
tomatoes in their own juice
3 pcs.
onions
1 pc.
garlic
1 tooth.
ground paprika
¼ tsp
cumin
a couple of pinches
salt
to taste
vegetable oil
1-2 tbsp. l.
Step 1/6
Peel the bell peppers from the seeds. Peel the onion and garlic. At the tomato, cut out the stalk. Dice all the vegetables, chives finely.

Heat a frying pan with 1-2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil. Lay out all the vegetables, salt.

Add ground paprika, jeera, pepper.

Add tomatoes in their own juice without juice, if tomatoes are in the peel, first clean. Simmer everything together for about 15-20 minutes.
Step 5/6
Cut the kebabs into small pieces. Add to the pan with the vegetables.

Break the eggs into the pan, cook everything together for about 5 minutes.
