Pumpkin Rolls Recipe
Ingredients for 10 servings
Flour
700 g
Milk
200 ml
Salt
to taste
Sugar

Step 1/5
Cut and boil the pumpkin for 20 minutes, then grind with a blender.

In a bowl, mix the egg, sugar 80 g, pinch of salt. Pour in the sponge, pumpkin puree, butter, cinnamon. Then add flour and knead the dough for 15 minutes. We leave it to rise for an hour.

Roll out the dough, grease with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Twist it into a roll and cut it into 3 cm (like a sausage, rings).

Put on parchment and let it brew for 15 minutes. Then we send it to the oven, heated to 180 degrees, for 15-20 minutes. We put it in the middle!

Mix cottage cheese with butter and powdered sugar and smear hot buns.
