A hearty salad with rich taste and a lot of useful trace elements. Gouda in the dish can be replaced with your favourite cheese - prunes work beautifully with both aged Parmesan and plain Dutch. And so that the taste of nuts is better revealed in the salad, do not crush them into dust. If desired, you can even grind the kernels with a knife or a meat hammer.

Step 1/5
Boil the fillets for 20 minutes in salted water, leave to cool slightly and grind with your hands or a knife. Fry the chopped champignons in sunflower oil until cooked through.
Step 2/5
Peel and cut the onion into half rings, fry over a moderate heat until golden.
Step 3/5
Boil hard-boiled eggs. Cool them and peel them. Grind the finished eggs and cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 4/5
Put prunes in a separate dish and pour boiling water over it for 5 minutes. Gently squeeze out the water and cut the dried fruit into small cubes. Grind the walnut using a blender or food processor to a coarse crumb.
Step 5/5
Prepare a salad bowl or serving ring. Spread a little mayonnaise over the bottom and thinly lubricate each new layer of lettuce with it. Pour half the grated eggs into a container, cover with a layer of half chicken fillet. Add the prunes, place the fried onions on top. Cover with a second layer of chicken, cheese and nuts, distribute the fried mushrooms on top. Cover with the other half of the eggs and brush gently with the last layer of mayonnaise. Garnish the salad with the rest of the grated yolk and protein and serve.
