Recipe "Salad with smoked chicken and daikon"
Ingredients for 6-8 servings
cooked-smoked chicken half-carcass
1 pc.
daikon
500 g
onions
1 pc.
mayonnaise
2 tbsp. spoons
vegetable oil
for frying
parsley
a few twigs
freshly ground black pepper
salt
Step 1/3
Cut the onions into thin half rings and fry until golden, transfer to a napkin to absorb the excess fat.
Step 2/3
Grate the daikon for the Korean carrots and cover with boiling water. After a minute, drain, squeeze the daikon slightly.
Step 3/3
Remove the skin from the chicken, finely chop the meat. Combine the chicken, daikon and onion, salt, season with mayonnaise and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
