Recipe "Kulebyaka with two types of fish "
Ingredients for 6-8 servings
rainbow trout (steak or fillet)
300g
cod fillet
300g
chicken eggs
3 pcs.
champignons
400 g
puff non-yeast dough
1 pack
fresh dill
bunch
cream 30%
50 g
olive oil
1 tbsp. spoon
lemon fish seasoning
to taste
salt
to taste
freshly ground pepper
to taste
wheat pancakes 200 g
1 pack
Or for pancakes:
wheat flour
1/3 cup
milk
1/2 cup
chicken egg
1 pc.
Step 1/7
Thaw the dough and cod beforehand.
Step 2/7
Using milk, flour and eggs, make pancake dough and toast a large pancake. If using ready-made pancakes, skip this step.

Step 3/7
Put the cod in a blender, add shallots, cream, break eggs, salt, pepper and punch everything until smooth.

Step 4/7
Thinly slice the champignons and fry in olive oil or bake in the oven, arranged on a baking sheet.

Prepare the trout, removing the skin and bones, cut into neat large pieces. Salt, pepper.

Step 6/7
On baking parchment, stretch a rectangle of dough, put mushrooms in the middle, cover with pancake (or several, trimming them to size), then put cod, trout on top, sprinkle with chopped dill.

Step 7/7
Wrap the edges of the pastry over the filling and form a rectangular coulebiak, pinching the edges gently. Bake at 180C for about 40 minutes.
