There are many different variations of crab salad. We decided to cook one of the most popular - with crab sticks and fresh cucumber. It is better to lay out such a crab salad in layers.

Recipe "Crab salad with cucumber"
Ingredients for 4 servings
crab sticks
200 g
egg
3 pcs.
cucumber long
1 pc.
mayonnaise
150 g
green onion
multiple feathers
Step 1/6
Hard-boil the eggs, cool and peel. Finely chop the onions.
Step 2/6
Cut crab sticks, eggs and cucumbers into small cubes. You can also grind everything with a grater, if you like it better.
Step 3/6
Place a ring greased with vegetable oil on a plate. Put the ingredients in layers, smearing each with mayonnaise: egg, cucumbers, crab sticks. Sprinkle green onions on top.

We recommend not to stick layers too much, while maintaining airiness. So the salad is better saturated, and the taste will be more tender.
Step 5/6
Let the crab salad soak for a couple of hours. Then remove the ring and serve.
