Thaw the crab knees on the coldest shelf of the refrigerator, rinse, clean from chitinous plates and cut, leave a few knees for whole.
Step 2/2
Avocado and cucumber (you can also use an apple, but juicier with cucumber) cut into cubes, mix with chopped crab and mayonnaise, salt to taste, put on salad leaves. Garnish the salad with whole knees, done!
