Ingredients for 2 servings

Royal Cheese Blue Cheese
50 g
apricots (figs, peaches)
3-4 pcs.
arugula
50 g
brown sugar
2 tsp
butter
1 tsp
lemon juice
1 tsp
fried hazelnuts
handful
salt
freshly ground black pepper

Melt the butter with the sugar in the pan, place the halves of the fruit cut down and toast for about a minute. Make sure that the caramel is not overprepared, otherwise it will be bitter.

Roughly chop the nuts. Wash and dry the rocket, salt and season with lemon juice.
Step 3/3
Top with apricot halves, crumble cheese, sprinkle with nuts, pepper, pour over the rest of the caramel. Such a salad can be a light snack with wine or an original breakfast served with coffee.
