Ingredients for 4 servings
ripe apricots
8 pcs.
sour cream 10% thermostat
2 pcs. (500 g)
cane sugar
50 g
butter
20 g
mint
for decorating
Step 1/2
Cut the apricots in half, remove the bones. Melt the sugar in a frying pan over a medium heat, put the apricots in slices down and add the butter, cook for a few minutes. Sugar should turn into thick caramel, most importantly, do not overdo it so that it does not become bitter.
Step 2/2
Put sour cream in cups or cremants, arrange apricots on top and decorate with mint leaves. Dessert is ready!
