Avocado Hass
1 pc.
Toast bread with flax and sesame seeds
1 slice
Canned chickpeas
2 tbsp. spoons
Tomatoes dried in oil
3-4 pcs.
Lemon ( juice)
1 tsp
Spinach cilantro/leaves
for decorating
Ground turmeric
pinch
Paprika ground
pinch
Ground coriander
pinch
Salt

Cut the ripe avocado in half, remove the stone, remove the flesh with a spoon and mash with a fork with salt and lemon juice into a rough paste.

Fry chickpeas (without liquid) for 3 minutes in oil from dried tomatoes, add spices and salt.
Step 3/3
Cut the toast diagonally, dry it in the oven or toaster if desired. Spread the toast with avocado paste, top with chickpeas and cured tomatoes, garnish with cilantro or spinach leaves, pepper. Bon appetit!
