Ingredients for 2 servings
Kamchatka crab knee boiled deputy.
250 g
onions shallot
1 pc.
garlic
1 tooth.
cream 33%
100 ml
cheddar cheese
60 g
flour
50 g
butter
50 g
milk
200 ml
nutmeg
pinch
salt
1/4 tsp or to taste
sugar
½ tsp
vegetable oil
1-2 tbsp. l.
Step 1/6
Defrost the crab beforehand. Fry the flour in a dry ladle, stirring constantly, until light brown. Make sure not to burn.

Add the butter and gradually pour in the hot milk, stirring constantly with a whisk. Add salt, sugar and nutmeg. Stir until smooth.

Finely chop the onion and garlic. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil, put onions and garlic in it and fry for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Transfer the onion and garlic to the sauce prepared earlier, pour in the cream and mix.

Remove the chitin plates from the crab fillets, cut into medium-sized pieces and add to the sauce. Stir.

Put in the molds, sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 ℃ for 10-15 minutes.
