Recipe "Jelly apple candies"
Ingredients for 30 pieces of portions

0.5 kg
gelatin

water
60 ml

ground cinnamon

Step 1/5
Fill the gelatin with water to swell.
Step 2/5
Peel the apples and cut into small cubes and send to a saucepan. Add 25ml water and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Once the apples are tender, whisk them with a submerged blender until puffed.

Add melted gelatin to the puree and beat the mixture with a mixer for 4 minutes. Add the cinnamon and mix thoroughly.

Pour the warm mixture into a mold lined with cling film, send to the refrigerator for setting for 3-4 hours. A shaped silicone mold may be used.

Cut the layer of frozen puree into cubes. Roll some of the sweets in coconut flakes, pour the rest over chocolate melted in a water bath, cool until set and serve.
