sugar
200 g
gelatin
15 g
water

Step 1/4
Mix the berries with sugar, cook over medium heat until the sugar dissolves completely. It will take about 6 minutes.

Soak the gelatin for 10 minutes and leave to swell.
Step 3/4
Then add the swollen gelatin to a hot but not boiling mixture. Stir.
Step 4/4
Fill portion cups and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
