From yesterday's barbecue, you can make a great roast with yam, bell peppers and green peas. Try it, it's delicious! You can take any meat: pork, turkey, chicken (it is better to fillet the thigh to be stronger).

Ingredients for 4 servings
fried kebab
400 g
fresh frozen peas
100 g
sweet potato
3 small pieces (300g)
onions
1 pc.
garlic
2 tooth.
kebab sauce
4 tbsp. l. or to taste
bell pepper
½ pcs.
salt
1 tsp or to taste
sugar
1 tbsp. l. or to taste
vegetable oil
1 tbsp. l. for each pot
Step 1/10
Peel and cut the sweet potato into medium cubes.
Step 2/10
Peel and dice the onion. Finely chop the garlic.
Step 3/10
Peel the bell peppers from the seeds and cut the flesh into cubes.
Step 4/10
Chop the skewers into medium-sized pieces.

Pour 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil.
Step 6/10
Put the meat at the bottom of each pot, followed by the onions, bell peppers and garlic and some of the yam.

Put peas on top, you don't have to defrost it.

Last put the remaining yam in the pot.

Sprinkle with sugar, salt, add tomato sauce. There is no need to stir.

Cover the pots with lids. If there are no lids, make them out of foil. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 ℃ for about 60 minutes until tender.
