Recipe "Fried Lufar with oranges and garlic"
Ingredients for 4 servings
Black Sea lufar cm
500 g
orange
1 large
garlic
1 clove
olive oil
parsley
a few twigs
rice flour (or wheat)
1-2 tbsp. spoons
salt
freshly ground black pepper
Step 1/5
Halve the orange, squeeze the juice from one half, and cut the second into rounds and then quarters, fry the pieces of orange in a dry hot frying pan on one side until golden brown.
Step 2/5
Brush the pre-thawed fish, remove the insides and gills, wash and dry with paper towels.
Step 3/5
Mix the flour with salt and roll the fish in it.
Step 4/5
In a large frying pan, heat the olive oil and spread the fish, shaking off the excess flour, do not put all the fish at once, there should be a distance between the carcasses so that the fish is fried, not stewed. Wait for the appetizing crust to appear, then turn the fish and fry for another minute over high heat, put on a plate. Thus, fry all the fish (not until tender).
Step 5/5
Finely chop and mix the garlic and parsley. Put all the fried fish in the pan, put garlic with parsley and quarters of oranges between the layers of fish. Pour the orange juice into the pan, cover and cook for a further 5 minutes over medium heat. Serve the fish hot, with rice or pita and green salad. Bon appetit!
