Ingredients for 2 servings
shrimp argentinean
400 g
salt
1.5 tsp
crushed black pepper
1/3 tsp
garlic dry
2/3 tsp
olive oil
1 tbsp. l.
gorgonzola ice cream
1 pack
cucumber fresh
1 pc.
fresh garlic
1 tooth.
salt
1/6 tsp
ground paprika
1/6 tsp
olive oil
1/2 tbsp. l.
Dijon mustard
1 tsp
Step 1/6
Defrost the prawns. Place in a bowl. Add salt, pepper, garlic, olive oil and mix.
Step 2/6
Place in a preheated pan and fry for 2-3 minutes over a high heat, turning if necessary.
Step 3/6
Peel the cucumber. Cut into washers and fold into a bowl or glass of blender. Add the olive oil and ground paprika.
Step 4/6
Peel the garlic, chop coarsely and put it on the cucumbers. Salt.
Step 5/6
Add the mustard and 60-100g ice cream.
Step 6/6
Mix everything together with a blender until smooth. Serve the prawns with the sauce.
