Fried bananas recipe
Ingredients for 3-4 servings
bananas
4-5 pcs
wheat flour
150 g
whole milk 3.2%
100-150 ml
salt
pinch
sugar
30 g
vanillin
at the tip of a knife
baking powder

icing sugar to serve

vegetable oil for frying

Step 1/5
Peel and cylinder the bananas.
Step 2/5
Roll the slices in a little flour (20-30g).
Step 3/5
Make a batter of milk, flour, salt, sugar, vanillin and baking powder.
Step 4/5
Dip the bananas in the batter and fry in a well-warmed pan with the vegetable oil.
Step 5/5
Serve with icing sugar and a scoop of your favourite ice cream at will.
