Ingredients for 2 servings

200 g
potatoes
400 g
onions

vegetable oil

Step 1/8
Wash and peel the potatoes and onions. Cut the potatoes into blocks.

Preheat a frying pan with vegetable oil, put the potatoes and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 15-25 minutes (depending on the variety of potatoes and the size of the blocks) - the potatoes should be still damp, but almost ready.

Clean the chanterelles from accidental debris. If the mushrooms are dirty, then rinse and dry. Cut arbitrarily - for example, into medium-sized pieces. Preheat the pan, arrange the mushrooms and cook for approximately 15 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the water has evaporated.

Cut the onions into medium cubes, add to the potatoes 15 minutes after frying begins. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes, until the onions are cooked through.

Cut the garlic into medium-sized pieces. Add to the chanterelles when the water boils. Stir and cook for about 5 minutes.

Add mushrooms to potatoes with onions, salt, pepper, add a pinch of coriander - it reveals the taste of mushrooms better. Stir.

Cook everything together for about 10 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
