Ingredients for 2-3 servings

Crimean drum
1 pack (500g)
wheat or corn flour
3 tbsp. spoons
vegetable oil
for frying
salt

Defrost the drum in the refrigerator for several hours or in cold water for an hour without opening the package.
Step 2/3
The drum is easy and quick to clean with your hands. First remove the scales with your fingers, then tear off your head and stretch out the insides. Clean all the fish like this, then rinse and dry on paper towels.
Step 3/3
Roll the fish in flour and fry in vegetable oil over a sufficiently high heat, first for minutes 5 on one side, then even 3-4 on the other to make a crispy crust. It is better to fry in several steps if all the fish does not fit into the pan in one layer. Put the finished fish on paper napkins to absorb excess oil, salt.
