An excellent side dish for meat is green vegetables. You can serve the whole steak, or you can cut it along with the rest of the ingredients, add a simple dressing - and you get a delicious salad .

green beans

rib-eye steak

romano salad

cucumber fresh
1 pc (80g)
table salt
1/3 tsp (2 g)
ground black pepper
1/6 tsp (1 g)
garlic dry
1/3 tsp (2 g)
vegetable oil
2 tbsp (30 ml)
fresh parsley
a couple of sprigs (leaves only, 2g)
fresh cilantro
a couple of sprigs (leaves only, 2g)
lemon juice
1 tsp (5 mL)
lemon zest
1/2 tsp

Blanch the beans in boiling salted water. Put on a sieve and transfer to cold water, you can even put it in a bowl with ice and water - this way the beans will retain a brighter color.

Rinse the Romano salad, dry and chop finely. Transfer to a bowl.

Heat a dry frying pan well. Put the steak in it and fry for 3 minutes on each side.

Transfer the finished steaks to foil, salt, pepper, add dry garlic. Wrap in foil and let rest for 3 minutes.

At the cucumber, cut off the stalk and cut the vegetable into thin strips. Combine the chopped romano, cucumber and green beans in a bowl.

Make the dressing: Combine the chopped greens, lemon juice, lemon zest and oil in a bowl. Combine half the dressing with the romano, cucumber and beans.

Thinly slice the steaks. Place the green ingredients on a plate, with the steak slices on top. Pour over the remaining dressing and serve.
