Usually cakes without baking (they are raw food) are satisfied with heavy ones for digestion - there are a lot of nuts and butter in the composition. Hence, they should not be considered dietary. Our cake has one secret ingredient that may well replace expensive cashews (often used for stuffing). Only shags, don't tell anyone - it's cauliflower !
It is low in calories, almost neutral in taste and gives the cake filling the right and delicate texture. Believe me, when you reveal the secret, everyone will be very surprised! Other components of the cake are also happy with themselves - useful and tasty.
