Ingredients for 4 servings
Water or broth
2 L
Bay leaf
Pepper peas
Salt
Large bundle of nettle and sorrel
200 g
Potatoes

Carrot

Peel and dice the potatoes, cover with water or broth, add bay leaf and a few peppers, put on a medium heat.

While the potatoes are cooking, peel and grate the carrots, finely chop the onion.

Melt the melted butter in a pan, fry the onions on it, then add the carrots and fry for a few more minutes. Try the potatoes - they should be almost ready by now, pour the contents of the pan into the pan.

Wash sorrel and nettle, scald the nettle with boiling water so as not to chop (you can also not scald, but rinse it in ice water, so it will prick a little, but it will retain more taste and aroma).

Slice the greens and add to the soup, bring to a boil and turn off. Leave to cool slightly and serve with half a hard-boiled egg and fresh sour cream.
